What are the “ethics” for dating a co-worker?
I would say it’s a sticky situation. What if it doesn’t work and you have to see that person everyday. I know some women avoid dating co workers. If they break up and the other can’t get over it would they have a talk about who should quit. It’s confusing, huh?
A friend of mine wouldn’t consider dating any of the guys she works with, but she always tells me about how they flirt with her. I don’t know about her, but I would say give it a chance. Who knows what will happen.

I have dated many a co-worker, and have married two of them, LOL. So to answer your question, yes I would date one of my co-workers. I actually was woeking with my 1st husband when we split up and it was a little tense for a bit, we both dealt with it. But if someone has an issue with working together and you all have split up, then the person who has the issue should quit.

I think I would be mature enough to get over the break up and still work with my ex. I guess some people may be too emotional.
